New remix of this song. Anders did some tweaking and replaced the “wimpy” guitar with a piano in the chorus. I replaced the glockenspiel in the break with FM bells straight out of a Paul Young nightmare I had about the year 1986. What do you think?

Last night I worked with the vocals on Underachivers, and re-recorded the entire vocal track. I think this is better, but I’ll need a few more listens before I’m sure.
Also, Anders had previously tweaked the mix and sounds, so there are some changes, especially after the second chorus, during the break and outtro.

Måns had an idea to put a delay with lots of feedback on the last words in each phrase in the verse, so I tried that. Sounds kind of nice but maybe shouldn’t be on every phrase. Also I added a guitar melody to the middle 8. Not so sure about that one, I think [...]

So this is the result of last night’s session. We did lead and backing vocals, added some synths to the ending, and Måns cut out a piece of the vocals to make a radio-like reply. And a fade out!
